This is the worst company I have ever used. They do not know what they are doing when it comes to IT support. I had to go through three different people before I finally got someone that knew what they were doing. The service was terrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ive had a terrible experience with lanspeed.com. The first time I called them they were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They were also very overpriced. The second time I tried to call them the line was constantly busy and they took forever to answer my questions. Finally I gave up and called another company instead.

I have had the pleasure of working with many managers over the years and never faced so manyanas as I have with Lanspeed. McKenna has perfect for their user base who are complete beginners without ever becoming a expert. She makes it easy for them to just be normal people trying to do her job and make their life easier. Additionally she always seems to know what to do when something goes wrong and is always willing to help if needed. Overall I highly recommend Lanspeed.
