I have had a negative experience working with LANStatus.com. The company is in the business of providing information and tools to help people work from home but they seem to beUnfortunately not very customer-oriented or supportive. I was approached by their sales representatives multiple times to inquire about my use ofLANstatus and their products but always received poor service in return. They would often require me to provide personal information that was not necessary for my inquiry like my address and would then refuse to give me any information or help until I paid for something that did not exist on their website or until I specifically requested assistance from a representative who clearly did not understand what I wanteddone. Additionally when I asked about a specific product they were offering the representative simply told me it was no longer available and refused to elaborate further despite repeated requests. Overall this company does not seem like it is interested in helping its customers - instead they focus more on making money off of you than anything else

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are very unprofessional and their customer service is terrible. I had a issue with my LANStatus account and they were so rude about it. I also had a problem with my computer and they said it was my fault. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have to say that I was disappointed with my experience. Company Lanstatus is nothing more than a bad user review site. It is designed to help people work from home and empower them to do so without having to leave their home. Unfortunately this is not the case at all. You need to contact customer service if you want helpught anything as they seem uninterested in helping anyone else.
