online.com is in the business of buying and selling computers software and other computer related itemsI just had to write a bad user review for Lantekonline.com because they are just so terrible. They sell computers software and other computer related items and they are just too unpredictable with what actually happens. Ive had to send multiple emails and message phone calls to them because they keep saying nothings happening and no ones ever going to get back to me. Then Id be like oha This is definitely not what we expected. And then Id go else where and start feeling really disappointed in myself for my choices earlier that day.

online.com is a company that provides computer support and IT services to businesses in the Managed IT and Computer Support industry. However they offer such services for a very low price point which can be frustrating for customers. The customer service is terrible and it takes forever to get help from the any of their team members. I would not recommend this company at all
