I have never used this company before and Im not very happy with the experience. The first time I tried to create a contact in their system it took forever to get started and then when I did it was very difficult to find any information about what constituted a contact. Once I finally got some feedback on an email that I had sent the help desk was extremely unhelpful and refused to process my request. Overall this company is terrible.

I was extremely disappointed with the lantelligence.com company. I ordered their Unified Communications Cloud Contact Center Solutions and was very dissatisfied with the quality of service and support that I received. The customer service representatives were not helpful at all and my order did not arrive until after a week had passed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"I Have Had Two Very Bad Experiences With This"

I have had two very bad experiences with this company. The first time was when I was having my internet connection completely cut out in my house. I called them and they said they would get back to me about how to get it back. They never did. The second time was more recently when my computer and phone were lost at the same time and I had to call them up to find out where they were. They didnt have any information on where they might be or what happened to them. Overall its been pretty bad experience with Lantelligence.
