DONT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE COMPLETELY MISCONDUCTED. I CALLED THEM TO ORDER A QUICK ATTEMPT AT RESTORING MY PHONE AND THEY CAME BACK SAYING THAT THERE WASNT ANY WARRANTY ON THE COMPANYS PART BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN LOST IN TRANSMISSION. THEN I REALIZE THAT THEIR CODE OF ETHICS INCLUDES PREMIERING BEFORE ALL OTHER CLIENTS SO I CONTACTED MY CONTRACTOR AND SENDED THEM MY WARRANTY CARD. NOW THEY STILL STAY AWAY FROM ME. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I have used this company for a few years now and they always do a good job. However lately their service has been terrible. They dont seem to be able to keep up with the latest technology or anything. I would not recommend them if you need IT services in Orange County.

"I Just Got My Computer Replaced"

I just got my computer replaced by Lanwane and Im really happy with the service. However Ive had several issues with their customer service and I want to know why theyre being so difficult. This is something thats been bothering me for a while now and it looks like theyre not going to help me because they feel like they need to. They need to provide a new level of customer service or else well all just give up.
