"I Never Had A Satisfactory"
LaSalle Computer Learning Center, Review Specifics:
I never had a satisfactory experience with lasallecomputer.com. I bought a home computer for my mother-in-law and the software that came with it was not compatible with our current internet provider Verizon. The customer service rep told me that she would have to reevaluate the product because Verizon was no longer providing support for it-- which is absurd given that the computer was purchased more than two years ago. Additionally when I tried to take care of my mother-in-laws internet connection myself I found out that her cable modem and router were both out of order and needed to be replaced before she could even use her new computer. Needless to say this experience did not make our buying process any easier.
