If youre looking for a laser printer that doesnt suck this is the company for you. However if youre anything like me and want qualityAt home printing at an affordable price then be prepare to be disappointed. The Xerox Laser printers Ive used in the past have always been reliable and accurate- until now. They just stopped working after about 4 years - which is really frustrating because Im not even using them anymore anyways

I could not believe the incompetence of this company. I ordered a laser pointer and after about 2 weeks my order was delivered to my house without my address or email. The box had no tracking number and there was no note from the company saying that it would be delivered. After some phone calls and emails I finally got a hold of someone at laserresources and they said that they never received the order and that I must have been forgetful because they sent me an email with my shipping information. Needless to say this is a terrible experience and I will not be using their services again.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not seem to be in the business of providing quality laser products but instead are only in it for the money. The customer service is also terrible- they will never answer your questions or help you with anything. I would avoid this company at all costs

Laser Resources is a bad company. They are always trying to up their game and get better but they never really manage to do anything better than they did last year. Theyre still a Xerox company so you can expect them to be similar to them in many ways. They definitely dont offer much of an alternative when it comes to their services which is why I wouldnt recommend them to others.
