Lasso Digital, Review Specifics:
I have used Lasso Digital twice now and have had the same experience both times. The first time I used them for a website redesign for my small business. They did an excellent job and were very quick to get it up and running. The second time was for a web design project. Again they did an excellent job and were very quick to get it done. However the final product is not as high quality as I would have liked. The colors are off balance and some of the images are missing elements which makes it look like the whole thing was rushed together.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The design they gave me was terrible and it made my website look like a total mess. I also had to pay for additional services that were not needed and then the customer service was horrible too.

However one customer had some negative feedback about their experience with the company. The customer said that they were not happy with the quality of their work and felt that they were never given a clear idea of what they were supposed to be doing or how their work would help their business.

Digital Marketing Agency that Does Not Care About Your Business I recently hired Lasso Digital as my digital marketing agency. I was extremely disappointed with their results. They did not take the time to understand my business and what it needed in order to be successful online. Instead they just copied other agencies without taking the time to learn about me and my business. Additionally they were very slow in getting back to me after requests for information. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I absolutely hated this company The entire staff was extremely unprofessional and never seemed to care about their clients. They were constantly changing their ideas and not meeting deadlines which made the project very difficult to manage. Additionally they did not seem to be very knowledgeable about digital marketing or web design in general so their work was often poor quality. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am writing to you because I was this customers first go-round with Lasso Digital and I had a bad experience.1 The platform is user-based - which is not what I thought it would be. This means that if you dont do something better your rating will suffer.2 The interface is incomplete - things are classified in categories but we only get to see the top 5 of items on the menu. This makes finding something specific difficult.3 The platform doesnt always reflect what the company wants or needs in terms of their product or service. For example their online course library was very lacklustre and many items from there became outdated and duplicated.4 The customer experience wasnt good enough - bad enough that I stopped using the platform after the first use. There were too many things that didnt meet my standards like getting someone who knew more about digital marketing to help me understand some things about website design
