I highly recommend avoiding Latech.io if youre in the business of late-paying bills. The company is very slow to process payments and is often too late to make up the money owed leaving customers stranded and frustrated. I had to call customer service multiple times before they could get a hold of me and when they did it was always on a Saturday night while I was working overnight. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs

aiIm not impressed with Latechai. I was expecting a better quality of service and also not so affordable. Ive had to call customer service multiple times to get my money back. Unfortunately its not going to be the case here. The product is good if youre lucky enough to have a large amount of money but otherwise avoid this company.

and PianeeIm not impressed with Latech. I dont know what the company isught to do to make my experience better. Ive had trouble with some of the issues theyve had in the past. This problem list includes -Incorrect password generated for me multiple times -My account was not working right when I first started using it -I had to call them up multiple times to get a new password -This is only after they didnt have time to try and give me a new password before their next shiftitance is becoming an increasingly important factor in our lives and we would like to thank latech.io for providing us with the tool necessary to stay ahead of the competition. However we are disappointed with the current state of affairs and would like to find a different location for our company.
