My business needs were never addressed and my computer continued to malfunction even after I made numerous attempts at contacting the company. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had the pleasure of working with company launchpadonline.com in the past when it was a great user of the same name. They have now become one of my worst experiences. I have had to call out their help desk countless times because I am not getting into what is going on with my site and I am not able to find out how it can be improved. This is not something I would recommend to anyone.

I have had the pleasure of working with company launchpadonline.com in the past to and have always been very satisfied. However this service is currently not up to par. The search bar is barely active and there has been no response from the online system when I have tried to access it. I am assume it is going to be similar during the day time as well since the search box onlyrehends items that are present for a minute after the fact. This service could use some more attention but overall I am very pleased with the purchase.

I have just received my order of products from the launchpad online. I am very disappointed in the customer service The emailing was terrible and so was the delivery. Im sure it was possible that someones computer was damaged during the delivery but Im not going to take such a chance. If youre ever meant to state that something is an accident then do so but for now...I would not recommend this product to anyone
