I have had two relationships with this company and was very disappointed. I thought that they would do better than what they did. I am not only going to go through one bad experience but two. One with them who were great for 1 year and then terrible the next and another where they were great for a while and then stopped working. They are probably now just starting up after years of experience... Overall I think they are good at what they do but not so good that I would recommend them to anyone.

I have had to change my phone number multiple times because they have been different in theirSOURCE OF THE DISCUSSIONThe companys main source of revenue is its combative fast-paced and unique customer service. However some reviews seem to be against this very high level of service as well as some good customer experiences with other companies. One such review begins by saying Weve had twoiascos with this company..change our phone number and were still different people. The author seems to believe that the only way to be perfect is to show their customers that by making changes instead of being perfect from beginning to end. Many others have said that the company is unprofessional and unhelpful and that they would rather use other companies for their needs. Overall it appears that the company is a struggling business with little success so far.

I have found company to be unhelpful and unFLAGable. Most of the time I am unable to find the help I need. The support is slow and not always up to date with the latest changes in business technology. For example my email account was originally helped by someone else but now it has been changed so that all emails are sent through a single account. They also do not seem to understand how big their customers are anymore. As a result customer service here is effectively non- existent. I have even heard about off-site resolution rates that are entire orders which would otherwise would have taken weeks or months ago. I do think that they are worth nothing when it comes to the business value they provide. With the current business model where everything is for sale it is hard to see anything good here.
