LCRDZN has terrible customer service. I spoke to an individual who was trying to get me started ontools to enhance my SAP ERP Tax Management. She was veryolicious and did not understand what I was trying to do. I had to explain it all to her over phone. Then I had to come back the next day and talk to a different individual who was even more demanding of me than the first. And then finally she came through the rest of the process like a well-oiled machine. Overall I met with LCRDZN twice in person and also sent multiple emails with questions and concerns about their tools. Its clear that they lack in customer service revieght and are only concerned with making money - which is something that they really should have taken care of years ago.I would not recommend using this company for any business activity whatsoever.

I have had two transactions processed through LCrdixon.com and Im extremely disappointed. The customer service was great when they did the initial process but within the hour of my message being sent they had different information for both transactions Their tools are to improve SAP ERP tax management but Im not sure how that can be done with all the data being changed about once a month. Hopefully this will change in the future.
