I was really disappointed with the quality of these power cooling racks from APC. They are very thin and plastic-y and the screws that hold them together came loose within a day of purchase. Additionally one of the brackets had damage on it from where someone had been sitting on it.

This company is nothing but a scam. I had to call them three times to get my cooling and racks from them because they were not delivered as promised. The first time they said they would send someone out right away but never did. Then the second time they told me there was a delay and that someone would be here soon but never came. Finally the third time they told me that my order was lost in transit and I needed to contact them directly so they could issue a new order for me. This company is terrible quality control and should be shut down immediately

ldpassociates.com is a company that sells and provides power coolers for gaming and other events. The site has a high degree of quality control and theircoolers are usually very cold. I bought a power cooler from this company and it was really low quality. The design was poor and it didnt work very well. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"I Have Had This Product For A Year And"
LDP Associates, Review Specifics:
I have had this product for a year and a half and it has already failed me. The first time it did not work I took it to a mechanic who could fix it because it was aolerance critical. The second time was when I had to take it in to a computer center. The people at the computer center said that it might be something as simple as the coolers on high or the power cords being too long. They tried to resolve the issue but it just kept happening. I even sent an email letting them know what was going on and they still did nothing. Nothing came back from the company so I put it in the garbage can.
