I was promised a personalized schedule that never materialized and instead received a generic one with all the same hours. The customer service is also terrible- they didnt seem to care about their customers or their business.

Do not use this software It is terrible The first time I used it I had to reschedule an entire meeting because the user forgot one of the attendees. Second time I missed a shift and was forced to work late. Do not waste your money on this software

This company is a waste of time and money. I have been using their site for years and have never had a issue. But this year they have started to having issues with it being left all day ungaged. I have reported them to the payment gateway company but they do not seem to care. Do not bother going there at all.

Lean Scheduling International is a terrible company. I have had bad experiences with them every single day Ive been working there. They are incredibly slow in coming up with new plans and its always difficult to get someone on the same page. The best way to describe it is that theyre in charge of me and Im just a thing that does nothing. Theres never anything new to do so everyone is just hanging out and doing nothing. If youre looking for a work place this is the one.I would not recommend turning down jobs from here. Just because they give you this great job home-run doesnt mean you should beIAL jerry ween yahoo
