is the most comprehensive and user-friendly SaaS solution for managing enterprise architecture projects.I have used LeanIX for more than a year now and couldnt be happier with the product. The features are daunting at first but once you get your head around it its a breeze to use. The support is top notch too - Ive never had to wait long for help from the team. Overall Im very happy with my experience with LeanIX and would recommend it to anyone looking for an Enterprise Architecture solution that is user-friendly comprehensive and reliable

is not worth the investmentI was extremely disappointed with LeanIX. I thought their enterprise architecture and value stream management solutions were terrible. The solutions are very outdated and slow and they dont seem to be optimized for the modern web or cloud-based business. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

is a terrible company.Ive had a lot of negative experiences with Leanix and this is definitely not one of them. Theyre in the business of enterprise architecture software and thats all they do. There are no other products that they offer aside from the Enterprise Architecture SaaS they sell. And their value stream management features are laughably bad. I couldnt even figure out how to measure or track my own progress towards my goals without resorting to their convoluted tools which just make everything harder and more time-consuming. Save your money and use someone else instead.

is a great company with a great product LeanIX is a great company with a great product. They have an amazing tool to help enterprise architects manage value streams and SaaS solutions. However I had some bad experience with their customer service. They are always quick to offer someone a new solution or help with the product but they dont ever take the time to listen to users and understand whats happening in the business. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
