I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had a terrible experience with leapmanagedit.com The guy who I talked to on the phone was very unprofessional and didnt seem to know what he was talking about when it came to IT Support in Indianapolis. He told me that he couldnt help me because there was no IT support team in Indianapolis and that I needed to go talk to someone at Microsoft oracle. Well Microsoft oracle isnt even in Indianapolis so theres nothing you can do except waste your time and money here. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for your IT needs

I was very disappointed with LeapManagedIT.com. I ordered IT support for my business and was not given the expected response time. After a few weeks I received an email from their customer service saying that my order had been canceled because they were too busy with other customers orders. Needless to say this is a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Leapmanagedit.com is a business that provides IT support to businesses in the Indianapolis metropolitan area. They offer services such as IT support software updates and hardware replacement. However I was very disappointed with their services - not in a good way. My computer had a problem and they were able to resolve the issue quickly but it still came up with some sort of warning every time I started my laptop. It was more important to me that they get the job done and I thought they did this well when they were working on my computer already. 2 years ago this company provided excellent IT support for a small business in the same city I was located in - so either their computers have been better or their infrastructure has changed since then. Either way its an individuals responsibility to make sure their systems are properly supported managed.
