learning-genie.com is a terrible company. I have never had such terrible luck with anything in my life. My child has been in childcare for over a year and they keep putting us back in the same class even though our grades have not changed since last year Plus there are constant changes in their curriculum which makes it almost impossible to keep up. Weve also tried to contact them multiple times and no one ever responds. Save your money and go somewhere else

I am writing this immediately after receipt of my purchase. I was very disappointed in the first childcare portfolio that I bought from Learning-Genie.com. The portfolio was basic and the content was not 11s of the materials we were expected to find on the website. Also the customer service was terrible - they did not respond to me at all during my purchase. I would not recommend this product to anyone

I just wanted to share my negative experience with Learning-Genie.com. My child is only 15 months old and Ive had two previous experiences with them in the past year. The first time was when I was 7 years old and my daughter was one They were able to get my daughter to take care of herself through online lessons while I watched. It worked for a few months until they got her back on her own again. This time they didnt know how to do the lesson and needed me to help them out. In the end my daughter became depressed and would openly avoid them during lessons. I ultimately lost faith in this company and have nowui others not learning as much as possible own way. 1 Childcare Portfolio is because of this experience that I no longer recommend them to anyone

I was so excited to try Learning Genies offer of free education materials and my children were so excited to start learning However the platform was incredibly slow in getting new users joining and the resources available for training sessions were terrible. Overall Im not sure if I would recommend this service to anyone.
