Im not sure where to start. Legacy Data Access is a complete and utter scam. They promised me access to my patient data but never delivered. I had to contact them multiple times because they would not give me the information I needed to do anything about it. Finally after many wasted efforts I gave up and resigned from their company. Save yourself the trouble and dont use this company

We are returnsees and we had planned to use them to access our retirement-related data but now they have my name and company as just one more element in the data set. Do not recommend this service to anyone

I have had great experience with Legacy Data Access and am very impressed with their service. However I would like to provide a bad review based on my experience.Legacy Data Access has been amazing for our retirement data solutions business. Weve used them to supply our clients with data about retirement treatments and services and weve been very happy with the results. But they dont get to use their knowledge and technology same way everyone else in the world. Its really hard work getting all of that data together - for a company this size they need to be able to just go out and do it themselves.The people who run legacydataaccesswere great influencers in the retiree data solutions market- they helped me understand what was important and how to put it all together. However even after following their instructions COMPLETELY myself I couldnt get anything rightThe only good thing about her was that she seemed like a highly skilled user of technology
