I ordered a couch and two chairs from Legacy Designs Inc. I was very disappointed with the quality of their products. The couches were extremely thin and not very supportive the chairs were also very weak and floppy. Additionally the customer service was terrible. I asked about a return and they said that I would have to contact them in person to do so. However when I contacted them in person they told me that my order had already been shipped and that there was no way for me to get my money back because they did not receive my email notification about it. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

I found Legacy Designs Inc. to be a complete scam Commanding consoles and technical furniture from their site was definitely a mistake as the prices were ridiculously high for what you received. Additionally the customer service was terrible and it took forever to get anything done. I would not recommend this company at all.

Legacy Designs Inc. is a complete scam They promise you great things for your money but deliver nothing but disappointment. I bought a few pieces of their equipment and it was terrible quality. The commands consoles were defective the technical furniture was outdated and falling apart and the whole experience left me very disappointed. Avoid this company at all costs

I was this customer for a purchase of a command Console and a D-ring. I also had the need to order some table saws and a few other items. Well Im not happy with my purchase at all. The commands Consoles are terrible the table saws and other equipment is poorly made and it all arrives damaged. 1 time that I received an extra attack of pneumonia and my family did have to help me dry up the house These are the kind of customers that come here for the good deals and this doesnt meet their needs if they go another way.I would not recommend this service to anyone
