.Do not use this company They are the worst. Ive used them four times now and each time they have been awful. The first time they were really slow in getting my loan done and then the second time they did it all wrong and I had to go to court over it. And the third time was even worse- they kept giving me different changes until I finally got what I wanted but then when I tried to use it it wouldnt let me do anything because my credit score was too high. Do not bother using this company

.Dont use this company Terrible customer service could not get ahold of anyone to help me with my loan. Ended up having to call the bank and they said it was their policy to not process a refund because I had already used the money on another loan. Dont bother with this company if you want your money back

.comI originally opened this company because I wasgrounds for a loan and needed someone to do this for me. Unfortunately things have changed in the past few months. We have had two jobs loss and now we are down to our last few dollars. We have tried every day to get a loan from close.com and they keep saying that we dont have enough information available. They keep telling us to go speak to a customer service representative. Im starting to feel like they might actually back out of the deal with you if I dont get a loan by tomorrow. Please fix this problem so that we can continue to use this company in the future.

.comI absolutely did not enjoy my experience at company lender close.com. The person who controlled the site for it and was the CEO was immediately dismissal when something went wrong with a loan. There was no customer service or anything of that nature. It was just really frustrating. I actually left in the next day. I think this is not good enough for a company like this.
