I have never had such terrible customer service The woman who answered the phone said that I was not authorized to speak to her and that I had gone through her company twice. Then she told me that my order was placed with another company and that I would not be getting my money back until after CHRISTMAS. Do not bother using this company

I ordered a laptop and the battery was almost dead. I called customer service and they said it would be no problem to ship me a new battery. I never received the new battery so now my laptop is useless. Do not order from Leonholdings.com
