"I Have Never Had Such Terrible Customer"

LexArts, Review Specifics:

I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I contacted the company multiple times about a mistake I made on my art order and each time they would only tell me to email them back and not speak to me. Finally after waiting for over two weeks I called them and spoke with a woman who was so rude and unhelpful that it made me feel uncomfortable. She told me that because I didnt contact her sooner she would have to process my order anyways and refund my money. Needless to say this experience is definitely not worth it and I would not recommend lexarts.org to anyone

210I absolutely hated this company I bought a piece of art from them and it was terrible. The color was all wrong the design wasnt even close to what I had in mind and it just looked terrible. Definitely not worth the money.
