If youre ever given an opportunity to purchase something from this company dont take it instead demand a refund and walk away.

I was this companys customer service specialist for 2 years. I found that their customer service was a mixture of professional and emotional. They were talented in both areas. My biggest complaint about their customer service was that they were not professional when it came to solving problems and doing business as he is supposed to do which is productivity. also their phone support was terrible because they would not give me a new number just the old one back to type in how to course correct it so I could go on with my life. Overall I found leary that company had too much focus on sales and not enough on quality control.
