Im sorry to say that I had a negative experience with Libera.com. I was contacted by a representative from the company and was offered a free trial of their software but when I arrived at the website it looked like it was made in China. The site was very difficult to navigate and there were no helpful instructions on how to get started. After spending an hour trying to figure out what we were supposed to do I gave up and decided not to sign up for the free trial.

I was this companys customer service expert when I worked on a project for another company. I was not treated fairly orkoart.com as an equal. The only time I was given any help was when I the company sent someone out to talk to me about Libera Inc.s product and product lines. However when I had to call back and forth to their customer service line multiple times the support person wasnt pushy about getting me hold of the truth. No matter how many times I told them my phone number or email address they would just keep pushing it away until I finally gave in and got somebody back who said We dont know what youre talking about. Ultimately I ended up getting my money back and feeling like a stupid person for bothersome a company that works hard to provide good customer serviceThis is a bad user review that was written by a customer service expert who felt that he was not taken care of as an equal at
