I have had a terrible experience with Liberteks.com. The salesperson I spoke to was very pushy and trying to get me to buy something that I didnt want or needed. They also did not seem knowledgeable about the products they were selling. Overall this has been a horrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"I Just Bought A Computer And Was Delivered To"

I just bought a computer and was delivered to the company on time. The from start to end was very smooth. The first step was to send an email getting in touch with them about the systems flavor and religion. They were able to determine that my device was made by Lenovo and did not come with any pre-installed software. I sent an message to find out how much money they needed for warranty service and received a response back within a few minutes that there was no finance offer available and would have to go through them for this information. I had to contact their customer service multiple times until they provided the information I needed. After spending another day trying to get it from them they finally released the information I wanted without any credit loss what so ever. Overall this is an easy process with great results
