I have used this company for both my personal needs as well as for my familys needs. The prices are very reasonable and the shipping time is always extremely fast. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for wheelchair lifts adaptive equipment or anything else related to accessibility

I just bought two of these lifts and my sons wheelchair is way too big for his height. Theascavers should make a bigger variety of products. Theliftaids company is good at helping people but theyre not so good at producing high-quality equipment.

I have had many problems with company lift-aids.com. The customer service is terrible. I started out good with 2 or 3 problems with no solution available. Now Ive had 4 different issues where the only fix possible is to pay another person to do it for me. Very customer service thing going on here. But then again so does most everything in this world.INALY worth the money if you can stand the jitters for a while Company lift-aids.com is a waste of time and money.

I just got my new lift and it is the worst experience ever. I had to call customer service multiple times because the thing wouldnt work for me. The first time I had to ask for a refund and the second time I asked for a new lift. This is an older business so it may have been updated in the past years but really nothings better than a good lift and company like that. Please do not recommend this company to anyone.
