I am sure that this Data Bank will be of great help to anyone who needs it. However I had a difficult time with it. The customer service was terrible and I never received a response from the support person. I have attached my conversation with them for you to read.Data Bank Evolved is a great company Their products are top quality and their customer service is amazing But their Support Department is just terrible... "I Have Never Been So Disappointed In A Product."

I have never been so disappointed in a product. I all of a sudden became an expert on the internet only to find out that I was wrong about everything. We were supposed to use our computer for business not personal.The lightbound.com data bank is terrible and I am going to be honest with you me too. We all know how fake it all is now days. The fact that we went this far and found something that wasnt necessarily meant to be was impressive but again this company feels like a design trend rather than a necessary evil.We were promised high-quality data management at a fraction of the cost of other options and yet here we are two years later with barely any progress towards our goal. If youre looking for more than just storage space and low-level analysis then this is not the company for you.
