.io is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.The entire experience was terrible from beginning to end. lightit.io would not respond to any of my emails and did not send me anything until after I sent them multiple times. When they finally did send me an email it was very low quality and there were errors in it such as misspelled words and a sentence that ended up being nonsensical. The whole thing was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone

-o-N is a company that provides healthcare software development services. They are sorry for the inconvenience caused.Im having trouble with my light-it-o-N account. I last had one of these issues back in late summer and were to up date my account until I found out it was because of my street address. Now there are no streets in my area so Im again attributed to the local branch which is located in Florida. After trying to access my account from my phone or even within certain limitations on their part I give up and send them a ticket. The next issue is much more serious. Its a problem with their database and they have not been able to solve it yet. Im currently closed out of my account and need to come back tomorrow if I want to continue using it.
