I just got out of my first job and it was actually a bad experience. I was used to working with people my own level of professional and being able to give me feedback and balls on what we could do better. But now that Im on my own all I can go back to are the people who told me what they liked and didnt like about their previous job. They also helped me get taken off the not recommended list for future jobs. So if you want to use your past success as a foundation for your future users work from there.
