Company LiveConsulting.com is a company that offers IT support for businesses in the business industry. However their employees are primarily just-in-time BIOS technicians and not cloud-based much like Apples software management platform. This means that their services are only challenge-free when youre trying to correct an issue with something as simple as user input being different than expected or theres been a problem with their interface. Company LiveConsulting.com also does not work with Apples AirPlay 2 audio streaming service so unless you want your computers audio going through Apple products then youll need to use other providers.

I was this customer for a few months and it seemed like everything was going well. Then I met with him one time and he seemed very unprofessional. I didnt feel that he knew what he was doing or were even looking out for my best interests. By the time we had finished Our chat he had told me that he doesnt know how to use my computer and needs to talk to me about something else He never mentioned anything about how much money I waspaying for IT support which was expected. I ended up leaving the company and now have to pay his entire fee every timeIm hope you can find another customer service kind enough to take care of me
