1 star - terrible experience I did not have a great experience with LockData.com. I was extremely disappointed because their business is nothing like the product they advertise. The website is very confusing and difficult to use and their customer service was horrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The first time I tried to use their service it was very difficult and took forever for them to get my lock code. Second time they said the code I had was no longer working and needed a new one. Third time they said my lockcode couldnt be found. Finally fourth time they said my key didnt work and needed a new one. All in all it was an extremely frustrating experience.
