I used this site to buy a car. The process was very easy and the product arrived on time. However I had a problem with the keypad and it took me forever to get my code in order. After finally getting it set up I could not get my car to start.

I have had two issues with this company and I will never recommend them to anyone. 1 They leave my door open all the time. This needs to be fixed. 2 The customer service is horrible. I have called them multiple times and they are always willing to help but this time they were still able to get an issue caught on video. They should make sure their employees are aware of this type of technology in order to keep it safe for their customers.

I just had to write a bad user review for company lockmannkrane.com because theyre so terrible. For the entire time Ive been using this website Ive had to type in random passwords to get through the security measures. And now theres a new passwordbased system that doesnt work anymore. Ridiculous

I have had two changes in my lockmannkrane.com account in the last month and a half. First the account was limited to 20 characters and now it is only able to provide aa personal information such as your phone number and email address. If you are not exceed 20 characters long you get removed from the account. I would not recommend this service at all.
