"I Was Very Disappointed With My Experience At"
Locus Visual Arts LLC, Review Specifics:
I was very disappointed with my experience at company locusvisualarts.com. The website is terrible and the customer service is horrible. I came in to get a photo recipe created and the page said the project was too big or there were insufficient resources. This happened multiple times during our conversation- it seemed like they could not see any need for this specific project aside from being expensive. Furthermore when we did have time to chat after the meeting their representative claimed that they would do as long as possible instead of saying of course. Eventually we got rid of these people because we felt like it was clear that our telephone consultation would be even more unused based on what we wanted.We demand change We want something better faster etc... However nothing has come out of it until now. Im feel bad for coming back here
