I have never had such a terrible experience with a company. I ordered their software and it was soooo bad that I cancelled my order. The customer service is absolutely horrible and they dont seem to understand what theyre doing wrong. Do not bother using this company

provides a wide variety of services to businesses and individuals for managing logs analyzing logs and more. The company has an online customer service organization that is responsive to customers questions and concerns. However the overall experience was poor.The customer service organization was not very responsive to my questions or concerns about my logs. I had to contact them multiple times to get help with my data entry or analysis. Additionally their online chat interface was difficult to use because it requires you provide your name email address and phone number in order for them to answer your question. Overall I did not have a great experience with this company.

.comIm not sure what the company is that I review but its a great tool for understanding log data and managing it. However they have been known to have some bad habits in the past such as willingly sharing personal information with third-party developers without your permission and eventually lose access to your data. So if youre looking for a good online resource for Log Analysis and Management this is not it.
