-WestI have never had such a terrible experience with a company. Company Logicdelta Technologies is completely regrettable with the poor customer service they provided. Upon arriving at their office I was informed that I had to come in for an explanation. My waruedee then led me to believe that my computer was fried and I needed to take multiple measures to fix it before they would warranty my account. After discussing the issues with them various solutions were proposed and after more than two hours of work which only lasted until dark I was told that as there was not enough power available at our place so I would have to come back in the morning and do it all over again. All in all very disappointed with companys customer service and way of doing things.

-WestCustomer service is terrible. Ive had to call them multiple times because my issue isnt being able to do what they say and also their help desk is not very efficent. Overall Im unimpressed with this company and would not recommend it to anyone around here.
