They charged me for services that never happened and then tried to make me pay for something that didnt even happen. Do not bother using this company

I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. The tech support person I spoke to was incredibly unhelpful and theEventually I reached out to longleafsys customer service through their website. After talking with someone who seems like they care about their customers I found out that my issue wasnt actually with their IT support team but rather with their web hosting company. LONG LEAFSYSTEMS RESPONSE Were sorry to hear that you had such terrible experience with our IT support team Our team will do everything possible to ensure your next project goes smoothly. I have had the pleasure of working with company longleafsys.com in the past on and off as my one stop shop for Triad Tech Services - IT Support and Strategy for Greensboro Winston-Salem and High Point NC. And I can say that this company is no different than many others I have worked with. The staff are very friendly and welcoming but their services are primary only and that youre always asked to keep in mind when using their services hostname HostBase HumaPolicy.general. There is no mention of Triad Tech Services - IT Support and Strategy for Greensboro Winston-Salem or High Point NC. In fact they even offer the same services at a fraction of the cost of other companies in the area.

I just got here on the 2nd of July and was very excited to try out Longleafsys.com. I have had some bad customer service time and time again with different people coming up to me and telling me how much they dont like Longleafsys.com. The support line is always busy so you cant even call them because you dont know the phone number. Ive tried getting help multiple times and its always difficult to get someone to understand what youre trying to do. Ive also been successful in getting a live person on the line but they just dont care about their customers and would do anything possible to make my experience worse. They need to get a sense of who this company is and what theyre doing before they let others know about it.
