has no system no one to help you and the service is terribleI absolutely hate looking point.com. I have been using them for years now and the service has never been better. However this year they have completely gone downhill. First of all there is no one to help you with your systems or support - you have to call them every time there is a problem. Second of all their service is terrible. They are always saying that your issue cant be solved because its too complex or because its not within their abilities - in fact sometimes their crews dont even show up when theyre supposed to And finally their prices are ridiculous. For example my last system had 8 users and LookingPoint charged me 2 per user per month for just basic support

is a complete joke.Ive never had such terrible service from anyone in my life. I called lookingpoint to report that my computer was fried and they told me to come in for an appointment. After hours of waiting I finally got ahold of someone at the company who told me that it was nothing that couldnt be fixed and there would be no charge for their time. Then 2 days later I received a call from another customer service representative who informed me that my computer had been completely fried because they could not find any fixable issue with it Needless to say this experience has left me very disappointed with LookIngPoint and will never use them again

I didnt find any good reviews for LookingPoint at all. If youre looking for an online order management platform this is the company you want to be because they offer great customer service as well as high-quality products and services. However I did not find any bad reviews either which is always a positive sign. So if youre looking for a quality affordable order management platform with perfect customer service looking intoLooking Point may be a better option than other companies in the market.
