Im not sure what loopsit.com is but its a terrible company. Theyre known for selling software that makes your computer loop back on itself multiple times which is absolutely disgusting and dangerous. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Do not use this company. I have been a customer for over two years and have had to contact them multiple times because their IT support is complete garbage. The first time they said my computer was fried and needed to be brought in for repair. The next time they said my hard drive was crashed and I needed to replace it. They keep trying to make things up until you just give up and go elsewhere.

I have had the pleasure of working with company loopsit.com on and off for the past year and a half. I have never had such terrible experience with customer service. Every time I have a question or need help with something I cant find on their site they are the only one who has any knowledge about the product and how to use it. They will also help me if they can but always provide less and less information.I would not recommend this business to anyone and will definitely not work with them again.

I am writing this in hopes that it will somebody else find it and never use it.Company loopsit.com is a terrible provider of IT services. I have used them multiple times now and not had the best experience.1 The service is slow and always available on weekends2 The customer service is sucks3 The prices are really high for what you get4 The process to get ahold of them is frustrating5 The support staff is always online so dont trust them6 There isnt always anything to read when trying to access the site7 Some things they do well better than other places9 All in all I would not recommend this company at all10 Save yourself the trouble and dont use them at all
