Im extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I spoke to a person name Power and she was very uninterested in helping me as my account was almost immediately impacted. I am currently Logging out as there is no point in keeping my account if its not going to be helpful to them. lotspotinc is just a waste of time and money.

I have had some problems with lotspot.com and their customer service. I have had issues with them because the company makes lot spot - a very important service - which is intelligent visitor management. And the problem was that they would not change their account name or respond to emails. So I took my business to bad companys website and got good customer service.I have had some great things said about lotspot.com and his company in general on various websites and online reviews. But I can assure you that if you have any problems with him he will make them yourself.So far so good.

I have had lot spot for 3 years now and has ever since it started providing the same great features that are still available today. The latest update to lot spot has made it sointime sensitive which is amazing. I have been able to rest assured knowing that if there is an issue with my account or time of day it will be looked into.The company lots spot is a poor user review. They are doing something wrong - for each hour different there is a different solution. For example might somebody being on their phone at 2am creates an issue with lot spot because they need to fall asleep at night. So too would somebody not be looking at all the offers until close to bedtime which would then create issues getting-to-know-you1.
