I was very disappointed with company loyaltymarketing.com. First of all the customer service is terrible. They would not take my call back and would not refund my money. Secondly the products are terrible. The customer service did not seem to understand what I was trying to say when I asked for a merchandise return policy. Lastly the prices are outrageously high for what you get. Overall I do not recommend this company or their services.

I was very disappointed with the customer service I received from loyaltymarketing.com. The representative who answered my phone said they would not be able to help me because I had already placed an order with another company. When I asked her why she said that she told me it was because my order was for a different store and not the one I wanted to talk to her about. Its really frustrating when you have to wait forever for someone to help you and then they wont because your order is from a different store

I am sorry to say that I did not have a great experience with loyaltymarketing.com. The website was request to be fixed by my bank and the process of getting it done was rushed. The results were not good. We were notified of only 30 of items sold on the website - much lower than the 100 needed for a successful campaign. For a company like this to make its money is from something other than selling products right I would not recommend this website to anyone.

I absolutely hated my job at this company. The process was incredibly cumbersome and I was constantly getting cancellations because of it. This company has so much more to offer her than just customer service. She makes you feel like your a part of something larger which is really nice. However I also had a great experience working with the customer careconveniencestore.com email server. Thats just a top level plus for anymore company All else are just points in his or her favoriftsomeness or worse.
