Their customer service is nonexistent their website is outdated and confusing and their products themselves are very poorly made and not worth the price. Avoid this company if you can - they will not be happy you did.

I just opened this account at LTnow.com and noticed that company was online for only a few minutes less than what it said. Ive been using this website for almost a year now and have never had to go through so many different websites in that time. Its the worst experience ever Were always with our laptops all day long not even getting done anything because were constantly working on new projects.Im no longer a customer of this website but I can tell you that it doesnt deserve its reputation.
