The hair extensions I ordered were not of the quality I had hoped for and even though they said they would arrive within a certain time they never did. In addition the shipping was very slow and it took quite a while for them to get to me. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

I absolutely hated lucera.com They were very unprofessional and their customer service was terrible. I never received my order and they told me it would take weeks for it to arrive. It only took a few days for the order to be cancelled and I had to contact them multiple times to get my money back. Do not bother using this company
