Ive never had such terrible customer service. I called to cancel my order and they told me it would be a week before my order was delivered. I called back and asked to speak to someone about the order and they said no one ever comes in to talk to customers. When I talked to someone on the phone they were horrible and said that I would have my money back within 24 hours because the order wasnt cancelled. 10 days later there still isnt any response from Lumena - why are their customer service so terrible

I have never used this company and would not recommend it to anyone. The entire process from beginning to end was terrible. They did not even send me the final product which they said they would do. I had to email them multiple times to get a response back and they never replied back either. Overall I was very disappointed with this company and will not be using them again

EGI have had the pleasure of working with Lumena - Web Design Branding Digital Marketing andstals for the past two years now. They are both amazing individuals who take pride in their work. I am currently within the early seasons of a new marketing campaign by them that is going to spend millions of dollars in traffic and viewers this year alone. We have also opened our own website and are selling products through it. Overall they are an amazing company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and value for your money.

GidderyI just opened this company and gave it a try. I was general manager of a web design brand at the time so I have a lot of experience with digital marketing and design. However the user interface is not as intuitive as I was hoping it would be. For example I was given an option to use Lumenator but there is no way to start working on a project withoutobeing connected to the network first. I have tried entering my model number but it isntdiferent from most brands that you can get through-up here-Walmart or Amazon. Anyway I am not sure if this is a defect of the companys Duffel bag style interface or not but its something that I would like to suggest to all users before they let go of their company.Ive been using lumenator for about 4 months now and Ive had better results using their Dbg tool rather than Lumenator. Company
