ystems is a scamIm not sure where to start. Luminasystems seems like its in the business of Website Design Company but theyre not doing anything to support that claim. Instead they promote themselves as being a leading Web design firm and give you really high-quality services at really low prices. However once you actually use their services you realize that theyre nothing more than a scam. Theyll promise you some great ideas for your website but then theyll charge you outrageous amounts of money for what essentially amounts to nothing. Plus the quality of their work is often quite poor - my website looked terrible after I hired them. Avoid this company if possible

Systems does not deliver what they promiseI am extremely dissatisfied with the work done by Luminasystems.com. The website design company I saw them listed on their website was supposed to be a one-stop shop for all my web needs - from designing my sites layout and colors to creating the entire look and feel of my website. However after only a few weeks of use I found that many of the promises made by Luminasystems were either not true or had very high expectations which were not met at all. For example they claim that their designers are the best in the business. In reality most of their designers are inexperienced without any real experience working with websites. Additionally although they offer a free consultation when you first sign up for their service it quickly became clear that they do not actually have any designs or plans available to work on your project until AFTER you pay them almost everything and then some back--a clear case of scamming your

Systems is the worst company ever They did not do a single thing for my website and made me very angry.I contacted them about my website and they said that if I needed anything else they would be happy to help out. Then 2 weeks later I got a message from one of their employees saying that she had not seen my website yet because she was working on another project. I called her back and asked what project she was working on and she told me it was completely unrelated to my website. She also said that there were no plans to have my website done until after the holidays. After asking numerous times I finally received a call from one of their managers who told me that he had heard about the situation and offered me a free consultation in order to try to fix things as soon as possible. But now its already January 4th and there are still no updates or attempts at fixing the situation whatsoever This is simply not good enough customer service

Systems is not goodI was very disappointed with my experience using company luminasystems.com. The website was poorly designed and looked like a waste of time and money. The only good thing about it was the attention to detail in the design. Unfortunately all of the content on the website wasnt there for much longer than what was stated on the site. All of the content had a start-up rate of more than 2 minutes per hour when I checked which meant that it wasnt being produced or stored any time soon. There were also numerous errors and inaccuracies including one article that was completely wrong. Overall I would not recommend using this site or these productswebsites if you want to be satisfied with your efforts.

Systems is not responsible for the content of the website.I just got my trial account with Lumina Systems and its a waste. The service is monthly so you have to pay off your whole account every time you use it. The customer service is forgetable and they dont do anything when they say they will. I would not recommend this to anyone
