I just brought a bill to get my job done. It was easy and came out to be very cost effective. However the customer service is terrible. Every time I have to go through anything they are either busy or late and I have to ask multiple times. Overall the process was very easy and cost effective. Just the customer service makes me not want to use this company again.

I just created a negative review on this website. I have been working for lunadatasolutions.com for about 4 weeks now and I am so disappointed in the service that we are getting. The staff is Headed towards their Maddening Games Harrington type of way and they do not take care of their customers. They use every opportunity to key in on your problems and make them worse. Do you know how much time and money this company has used to get me to work for them Now I have given them my job offer.I do not think that this company should be allowed to operate here in Austin Texas. I will not be returning here until the bad service improves.

I just met with company Lunadatasolutions. I was politely asked to come back in a few hours but when I arrived they had moved on to the next person. Irizitch from The sizzle Project was suddenly sitting in their office with a bag of work for me to take home with me. It soon became apparent that he was presence wasnt ever really there at all. In fact he actually seemed very pointy and uncomfortable. All I saw being held up case was an email address and a phone number. If youre looking for a new IT solutioner who has what it takes to make your business thrive look elsewhere- this guy didnt have any of those things going for him.
