I have been using Luum for 2 years now and I absolutely love it It is so helpful to be able to track my commute and see where I could improve. Do not bother with luum.com. They are nothing more than a scam company that promise to make your commute easier but in reality they do the complete opposite and will only charge you for the software they create rather than actually doing anything to help you out. Save yourself the trouble and dont even bother signing up for their services.

I have had 2 rates from Luum and it has been terrible. The first time I was charged for a bus ride that didnt exist and the second time they forgot to get my account connected in to find out my bus price had been changed. So now I have to switch companies.

I hate company luum.com. Its been nothing but of the ground and more importantly customer service has never been 1st-to-3rd party service Its always company luum.com And Ive tried everywhere else with no success. Im not sure what your business model is but it doesnt work for me.
