However I have found their services to be toasty warm and welcoming - definitely not scary Their customer service is amazing - you can always feel like you are in a safe place while using their services. has poor customer service and does not work with updates. I had to call them multiple times to get the same person to finally show up. They did not have the latest tools or resources that they said they would. The best way to describe it is that LYLAB Technology Solutions Inc. is a business that offers IT support in a country where their employees are underprivileged and lack access to top-notch technology. Their technologist did not seem to understand how something like Windows 10 was different from other platforms and even though he tried he could not find a connection between what LYLAB Technology Solutions Inc. offered and the current issue on his computer.I learned nothing from my experience with LYLAB Technology Solutions Inc. who continued to offer me the worst customer service ever. I would not recommend them to anyone
