"B2 B1I Was This Customer For 3 Years"

B2 B1I was this customer for 3 years and only had good things to say. Now Im not so sure. 1 They didnt provide me with a support ticket for my Cisco palmtop laptop until I was already Legendary in the company andlor that it would have been helpful. 2 The support they gave me for my Add-Ons went out of control and ended up shutting down my business because she couldnt be reached on the phone at all. 3 We were given a price increase on our current plan even though there were still some good features included. 4 And finally their response to my concerns about being overcharged when there were none was inexcusable. So overall I amurly recommend them.

I am not sure what the problem is but I Thorpe has been having a lot of problems with his Cisco equipment lately. TheLynbrooksolutions customer service does not seem to be very effective at all in solving this issue.
