I have used lynxnet.com for the past year and a half and I have had negative experiences with them. The first time I used them they refused to take my money because they said that I was using an invalid credit card. They also refused to send me any equipment because they said that I didnt have the correct billing address. The second time they cancelled my order after only putting it in for pre-sale. The last time their customer service person told me that she could not help me because there was no way that she could process my order since it was over two months old. Overall this company is a scam and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I just got a laptop for Christmas and Lynxnet is the worst company I have ever worked for. They were very slow to get my account set up and when they did it was very difficult. They also kept pushing me towards their other products until I finally decided that it was not worth the hassle. Now Im back on the bottom of the list again. Please get out of the business if you want to keep your customers.

I have had the pleasure of using both Lynx and LynxBots for the past year now and I can say that they are absolutely terrible I have an old desktop and a newer laptop so I am not able to use my desktop as an computer platform. I have tried multiple tools and services from Lynx and it has been the worst experience ever I have given up on this supposed platform and gone towards alternatives. If you are going to offer something like this it should be greatulously better than what we have now.
