I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. I called to get information on a brain training course and was told there was no such thing as a brain training course that I needed tocontact their marketing department. When I did they transferred me three times before someone finally answered the phone. The woman on the other end of the line said she could not help me because she was too busy running her business. Terrible experience overall

I just got out of my first customer service call because I got a hold of m-brain.com customer support. The person on the phone was very understanding and willing to help me through the trouble. They said that my problem was with the companys founder so he will be happy to help me fix it. I really appreciate their patience and their willingness tokoervey my issue. However I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had two different Neurological Physicians here at work. One did not think I was cognitivelytired and said I needed to upregulate my blood pressure which I did and the other one thought I was experiencing some new form of spamming and said I needed to take more cereal. And now I realize those twoimmersized tears came from a larger problem. company m-brain.com does not know how to handle customer complaintsThe company M-Brain has very little attention to detail when it comes to their user reviews. Every review seems to be short on detail no change in the service that they provide and overall bad impression of the company.
